Bahan

3 ikat bayem
1 iji labu siem (jepan)

Bumbu

3 siung bawang putih
5 butir brambang
1 sdk teh ketumbar
1 potong kencur (kira kira 2 cm)
1 potong laos
2 lembar godhong salam
uyah sacukupe
750 cc santen sedheng (aja kenthel banget)

Cara masak

Petik bayem lan rajang labu ukuran 2X2 cm sisihke
uleg bumbu kajaba laos lan godhong salam.
Godhog santen, cemplungke bumbu, icipi rasane, yen wis pas cemplungke labu siem, tunggu nganti labune mateng, lebokke bayem, pateni genine, supaya bayem ora kematengen.
